This stage consists of consultations with us, forming an application, signing an agreement, doing the prepayment.

You shall inform us on the nature of business and the name of the company, as well as on the company beneficiaries. We coordinate the name of the future company with The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and pay the government fee. We also provide you with the local company address and the local secretary.

Within 3-5 work days the incorporation documents will be issued. We will send you the electronic copy as well as the originals by express mail.

Opening a bank account in Singapore
