This stage includes the consultation, filling the application form, signing the agreement with TURK ADVISER and doing the prepayment.

We will need just your passport copy. The data of the real company owner do not appear in the State Register or the tax office of Hong Kong. You can come to Hong Kong personally or send us your passport copy.

To open a company we need to coordinate the name of the future company with a registering body (in Chinese or in English). We apply for your company incorporation together with the business license. Also we apply for consideration your Charter and other incorporation documents. Also, we pay the government fee.

We have been a licensed Company Register, that is why your application will be considered within 6-8 days maximum.

After that you receive the electronic copy of your incorporation documents. Also, we will shortly send you the Green Box - the originals of your incorporation documents.

Opening a bank account in mainland China

There is no currency control for HK companies in mainland China. You can make quick SWIFT transactions with Europe, Russia and Asian countries.
As a HK company owner, you can open multi-currency bank accounts (USD, EUR, RUB, CNY) in mainland China.
You can open a bank account in the classical Chinese banks. The time of account opening is up to 2 months.
