This stage consists of consultations with us, forming an application, signing an agreement, doing the prepayment.

We need the original passport or the legalized copy of your passport. Also, a passport or the legalized copy of the company controller’s passport.

You shall inform us on the nature of business and the name of the company in Chinese, as well as on the company beneficiaries. We coordinate the name of the future company as well as the incorporation documents and the business license and pay the government fee.

The Ministry of Commerce of China is revising the application and gives the documents as well as license of the People’ Bank of China to open a foreign currency bank account. We get registered in the State Register of Currency Control and the customs body.

You get the incorporation certificate and the tax number.
