This stage consists of consultations with us, forming an application, signing an agreement, doing the prepayment.

You shall inform us on the nature of business and the name of the company (3 words in English) , as well as on the company beneficiaries. Also, we will need your passport information and a selfie with your passport.

We coordinate your company name in English. Also, we apply for company registration together with the business license. Also, we apply the incorporation documents for consideration and pay the government fee.

Within 5 work days the incorporation documents will be issued.

After the documents consideration you will get the incorporation certificate and the tax number.

Opening a bank account in Indonesia

A local company can open a bank account in any Indonesian banks, as well as open an account at the Indonesian crypto-currency stock exchange. Company registration takes up to 5 work days. You can get access to your internet-banking within 5 work days after the opening of your bank account. Also, you will get the token within 8 work days. Opening a crypto-currency account takes up to 5 work days after a normal bank account is opened.
